BEST RETURN POLICY
At MobilityJungle.com we ensure to deliver you the best quality service and the best quality products at competitive prices so that you always can select right products for your needs. However, in some cases, you may receive products that don't work for you or is not best fit for your needs (which is rare). If you want to return your item please go through our Returns Policy below and send us a Return request at Support@mobilityjungle.com
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase(of receipt), unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. They must be returned at the customer expense and must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused and in new condition that means it should not have any sort of dirt, scratches, dents, cracks, marked tires, etc Product must be returned in its original packaging. You must send a query to email@example.com within 30 days of purchase including the reason for your return and images (if applicable). You must return the products within 14 days after submitting the return email with all details.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned. "Shoprider USA" has all sales final policy so thier products cannot be returned. Custom-made products by the manufacturer cannot be returned. Following products cannot be returned:
Sport Wheelchairs, Heavy-Duty Wheelchairs and Open-Box Items
Please note that some products like Power Wheelchairs require a 15% restocking fees and some products from afikim require 25% restocking fees.
Before any return, you must email us your proof of purchase or receipt at Support@mobilityjungle.com. Any return without sending us an email will not be credited. You must send your returnable item to the address told you in the email from us after you have sent us proof of purchase or receipt.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), like any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, please allow upto 4 weeks for your credit to be issued. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@mobilityjungle.com.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the suppliers address where you have to send it.
To return your product, you should first e-mail us your concern and we will let you know where to send the product.(Supplier's address)Unless MobilityJungle made an error, a customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs(return freight) for returning your item. If you want we will be happy to provide you the options you can choose from to ship the products. It is mandatory to read the return policy carefully because if an item is shipped to wrong address then MobilityJungle hold right to charge you for the additional shipping. Moreover, we will charge $10 for each missed scheduled pickup delivery carrier missed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Orders cancelled after it has been shipped will fall under the standard return policies. You must accept the delivery and return it back to the correct address after emailing us and if you will refuse to take the delivery then the return shipping will be deducted from the issued credit and 25% restocking fees will apply.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If your item is damaged or defective while shipping, please email us at email@example.com If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
